- DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME:
The duration of the B.Com Honours programme shall be FOUR years under Semester Pattern, comprising EIGHT semesters. The maximum duration to complete the B.Com Honours programme shall be eight years.
- MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION
The medium of instruction shall be English.

Students can take admission online through SAMARTH portal.
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION
The Student should have passed in any of the following streams:
- 10 + 2 or
- 11 + 1 or
- 11 + 2 years or 3 years diploma.
For lateral entry, candidates who passed Diploma in Commerce or Diploma in Modern Office Practice (3-years course) awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education of Tamil Nadu or other states shall be admitted to the second year of B. Com Degree Programme.

The end-semester examination for each course in a programme of study shall be conducted by the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Pondicherry University, for a maximum of 75 marks and an Internal Assessment for 25 marks.
- MINIMUM PASS MARK:
