Examination Fee

The students have to pay their examination fee for all the papers at the first appearance as per their eligibility (UG – I, II, III Year / PG – I, II Year / MBA – I, II, III & IV Semester). Examination fee for the arrear papers can be paid as per the number of arrear papers. Examination fee can be paid by the means of Demand Draft drawn in favor of the “Finance Officer, Pondicherry University, payable at Pondicherry.

The examination fee for various Programme to be paid as follows:

• Undergraduate – Each written paper Rs.75/-
• Postgraduate – Each written paper Rs.160/- and for Project – Rs. 250/-
• MBA – Each written paper Rs.250/- and for Project – 500/-

Statement of Marks:

The Students have to pay compulsory fee of Rs.50/- towards the Mark Statement along with the Examination fee for each of the Semester/Arrears/ Yearly examination.

Consolidated Mark Statement:

The Students have to pay onetime fee of Rs.500/- towards the Consolidated Mark Statement along with the Examination fee of the End-Semester/ Yearly Examinations (Final Semester/ Final Year Students only).

Provisional Degree Certificate:

The Students have to pay one-time fee of Rs.500/- towards the Provisional Degree certificate along with the Examination fee of the End-Semester/ Yearly Examinations (Final Semester/ Final Year Students only). Provisional Degree certificates will be dispatched two months after the examinations were held.

Final Degree Certificate:

The Students have to pay one-time fee of Rs.1000/- towards the Convocation Fee to obtain their Final Degree certificate. The Convocation Fee can be paid along with the Examination Fee of the End-Semester/ Yearly Examinations (Final Semester/ Final Year Students only). The pass out students those who have not paid the convocation fee can download the convocation application form from our website www.pondiuni.edu.in and have to apply for the annual convocation. In case of the candidates those who have qualified for Final Degree and had not applied for the annual convocation, an additional fee of Rs.100/- per year will have to be added with the convocation fee of Rs.1000/-. Final Degree certificate to the qualified candidates of Distance Education will be issued in absentia. The Degree Certificate will be dispatched after the convocation is held.

Degree Certificate under “TATKAL”

In case of urgent need the student can apply the Final Degree Certificate under “TATKAL scheme” by paying an additional fee of Rs.1000/-.
